Moving into 2012

It's such an exciting time for Alyssa-Jane. I have just started to create the new collection of swimwear titled "CARNiVALE".

"CARNiVALE" in true Alyssa-Jane fashion is going to be inviting, whimsical and magical. Think bright solid colours, flowy materials and accessories with diamonds/studs/sequins!

At this stage "CARNiVALE" is still in the sketching stage. Fabric samples ahve been sourced and once designs are finalised manufacturing can begin. The range is expected to be released in the summer of 2012/13 and will be available to the public!

Whats Next....?

I have only just finished the Wonderland shoot but there's still alot of talk about what's next.

The Wonderland Collection will now be shipped overseas to be put into manufacturing, during this time lookbooks will be made and Alyssa-Jane will be put forward to stockists within the state.
Alyssa-Jane has also had the amazing opportunity to appear in the Launch my Label fashion show later in 2011.

I am also pleased to announce on my blog for the first time that Alyssa-Jane will be releasing it's very first line of swimwear for 2012, keeping with the theme that I always bring to my designs I have decided to name this collection 'CARNiVALE'. CARNiVALE will include swimwear in vibrant colours, patterns an textures and will be, as always, very magical.

Wonderland Shoot

The wonderland shoot was this morning and it went amazingly! I am already so happy with everything I saw and absolutely can't wait to get the pictures to show everybody.

I feel so proud to finally have a collection together, even it is only four gowns and I absolutely can't wait to start creating look books and start the manufacturing process.

I would like to say a HUGE thank you to the wonderful Emma, who did an amazing job capturing all the beautiful girls in the gowns and also a very big thank you to the beautiful models Saskia, Cara-Lee and Andrea. You were all so perfect, I couldnt have asked for better girls to wear my gowns :)

The Face of Alyssa-Jane

After a very long competition with over 70 entrants the winner of the Search For The Face of Alyssa-Jane has been decided. The beautiful girl who won is Saskia Jones.

Saskia wins a place in the Wonderland Collection shoot, her very own Face of The Label shoot, the opportunity to represent Alyssa-Jane at future events and a goodie bag!

Launch My Label

It is with great pleasure that I can announce that the unveiling of the first collection by Alyssa-Jane, 'Wonderland', will be at the Launch my Label fashion show in Sydney on the 1st of March 2011.
